Dr. Nasir Moghal
Secretary, Education Support Initiative (ESI)
Dr. Nasir Moghal, based in Dallas, Texas, is the Secretary of the Education Support Initiative (ESI). He graduated from Dow University of Health Sciences in 1980.
Dr. Moghal has over two decades of international clinical experience, having worked as a Pediatric Emergency Physician with the Dubai Health Authority in the United Arab Emirates for 22 years. In 2017, he relocated to the United States. During his time in the Middle East, he also served as Senior Regional Faculty for the American Heart Association (AHA), pivotal in establishing AHA International Training Centers in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
In 2012, he received the AHA Appreciation Award for advancing cardiovascular health in Pakistan in recognition of his efforts.
Dr. Moghal is deeply passionate about educational access and training opportunities for children with special needs, especially in underserved communities in Pakistan.
